For us Shiraz and the Hunter Valley are closely tied to our family and our story. Each bottle of Hunter Valley Shiraz, both in its subtility and power, emulates and embraces our history. Our Shiraz red wine range is made from vineyards old and new, with methods both traditional and innovative, to consistently emulate the typical savoury Hunter style Shiraz. Utilising a range of subtleties, notes and flavours to appreciate and celebrate the capabilities of a range of vineyards within our beautiful Hunter Valley.

Each individually produced De Iuliis Hunter Shiraz wine is a final product created from the promise and possibilities inherent to the environment we are surrounded by.
