Is there a joining fee?
No, you don’t need to pay to join one of our wine club. You simply need to purchase a minimum of 6 bottles upon joining.
Do I pay for shipping?
No, shipping is free for all of our wine club members. You will also receive free shipping and members discounts with any additional orders made online throughout the year. *Excluding sale offers.
Can I pause or cancel my club membership?
Our club membership is ongoing, and cancellation is not permitted within the first 12 months. Cancellation of memberships after the first 12 months must be received in writing via mail or email. You can put your membership on hold at any time by contacting our office.
What happens to my wine delivery in hot weather?
Here at De Iuliis we take great pride in growing and producing the best possible wine for you to enjoy. During transit from us to you, if the wine gets too hot (>35°C) it can become affected. Therefore, De Iuliis Wines will not ship orders when the Bureau of Meteorology forecasts weather ≥35°C during the transit period. We hope that you understand and ask for a little patience when ordering wine during hot weather.
How often are my packs delivered?
A great perk of our fully flexible wine club experience, we allow you to select when you would like your wine delivered throughout the year.
What if I’m out when my wine is delivered?
We can nominate Aramex Australia to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not in at the time of delivery. Alternatively, a calling card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local Parcel Connect Agent for your collection when convenient.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be debited on the 15th of the release/dispatch months you have selected as part of your membership. If, due to public holidays or other circumstances, this date needs to change, you will notified at the beginning of the month you are due to receive your DeWine Club delivery.
Can I choose different selections of wine?
Yes, you can alter your selections based on your tastes. You can change your pack selections at any time through your online Member’s portal, or by calling our office or emailing email@example.com. Any variations to our standard packs will be charged at the wine club discount price.
Where can I find tasting notes and information about the wine I received?
You can find tasting notes, list of awards and other relevant information about our new release wines on our website. Visit the ‘Our Wines’ tab on the homepage and select the relevant wine to find out more.
