The palate is rich and complex with ripe plums, blackberries and savoury spice. The finish is rounded out by well integrated tannins.
The Potential
The wine is in a great spot now, though this wine develop gracefully over the next 5 to 10 years.
The Match
It’s time to get the smoker and barbecue out.
Enjoy alongside sticky BBQ beef short ribs, smokey baked beans & char-grilled corn.
