The Story
We are passionate about crafting (and enjoying!) rosé, and it shows. Made with a unique blend of merlot and shiraz grapes grown right here on our family vineyards. Cool fermentation techniques help capture delicate aromas, making it a delightful crowd-pleaser.
The Wine
The freshly pressed juices ferment on their skins for 2 hours, resulting in a light blush colour. With aromatics of strawberries and cream, and natural acidity gives the wine a lovely liveliness which is backed by lush strawberry & raspberry fruits.
The Vintage
The 2024 vintage was fast and furious with the ideal conditions of hot and dry weather condensing the harvesting window to four weeks.
A dry period throughout the growing season saw the vines flourish. Yields were down, but quality was high which is ideal for our small family-owned winery.
The Potential
This rosé is best drunk in its youth, when one can appreciate its freshness and vibrancy. We’ve made it in a light-bodied, refreshing style, so ageing won’t enhance these characteristics.
Always best served chilled with family and friends!
The Match
Rosé is such a versatile wine. It can be paired with sunshine and great friends. We like to drink pink and think pink — charcuterie, salmon fillet, tuna niçoise, or pork banh mi.
This rosé is the perfect addition for long lunches that seem to merge into dinner.
