The Hunter Valley crafts some of Australia’s most captivating shiraz. Powerful yet nuanced, it showcases bold fruit flavours perfectly balanced by peppery spice and earthy undertones. We craft our Hunter Shiraz using a blend of grapes from our family vineyards, capturing the region’s essence.
The Wine
Aromatics of ripe blackberries and juicy red plums, are accented by a hint of cracked black pepper and earthy spice. On the palate, the medium-bodied wine explodes with those same dark red fruit flavours. Hints of earthiness and bright acidity intertwine with firm tannins. This creates a lingering finish that keeps you wanting more.

A cooler ripening period yielded elegant red wines with intricate fruit profiles. Breakthrough rainfall after a drought paved the way for an outstanding growing season.
A cool summer and timely heat spikes fostered stress-free ripening, ensuring optimal flavor development and high natural acidity.
