The Story
From our family vineyards, where merlot and shiraz grapes thrive, to the careful cool fermentation process that captures their nuanced aromas, we dedicate ourselves to creating an exceptional rosé. This dedication shines through in a wine that consistently delights.
The Wine
This 2025 Estate Rosé, with its charming cotton candy colour, is crafted from a short skin contact fermentation.
The glass bursts with strawberry, peaches and cream aromas, followed by a vibrant palate of strawberry and raspberry, all lifted by refreshing acidity.
The Vintage
Despite a compressed four-week harvest due to hot, dry weather, the 2025 vintage delivered outstanding quality.
A dry growing season allowed the vines to thrive, a perfect outcome for our family’s small-batch winemaking.
The Potential
Enjoy this rosé at its freshest, while its vibrant character shines.
We crafted it to be light-bodied and refreshing, qualities best appreciated in its youth.
This rosé, is the ideal companion for leisurely lunches that effortlessly transition into memorable dinners.
The Match
Rosé’s versatility makes it the quintessential wine for sunny gatherings with cherished friends. We embrace the “drink pink, think pink” philosophy, finding it complements a diverse array of culinary delights, from charcuterie boards and salmon fillets to tuna niçoise and pork banh mi.
