The Story
We love making rosé, so why not add bubbles? We really wanted to make something fun and dangerously drinkable that will be a staple for good times with great friends. Or even on your own, who are we to judge?!
The Wine
This sparkling rosé is made from Hunter shiraz & merlot to provide an uplifting explosion of red berries, while retaining a soft dry finish. The fine bubbles create a lively fizz that finishes with a clean and dry mouthfeel.
The Vintage
Good rain throughout the growing season saw the vines flourish through a cool & dry extended harvest.
A slow start to vintage for 2023 compared allowed for grapes in pristine condition, with good sugar levels and great concentration of flavour.
The Potential
Perfect for enjoying early. Always best served chilled with family and friends!
The Match
Sparkling Rosé is a very verstile wine, so you could go almost anywhere with this one. Perfect for sipping anytime, pair with fresh dishes like ceviche, charcuterie, salad, and sushi!
