Saturday, the 4th of August we were lucky enough to be joined by DeWine Club Members, Friends and Family for our Made By Mike ‘Cork & Pork’ event held in our Winery.
In conjunction with the team from Branxton Quality Meats we were able to create an inclusive and educational day where guests could mingle with producers and learn all about wine and pork, or as Mike likes to say ‘the magical beast’. Guests had the opportunity to try current release and Museum wines which were showing some wonderful bottle aged characteristics.
The Team at Branxton Quality Meats did a wonderful job providing canapes and charcuterie upon arrival followed by a pork breakdown demonstration and later a wonderful lunch bringing to life the true meaning of Cork & Pork. Entertainment by the Andy Abra Duo and a beautiful selection of Hunter Valley cheeses allowed guests to enjoy the rest of their afternoon in the winery with all the day had to offer.
