Canberra Winemaker’s Lunch – SOLD OUT

Canberra, we are coming for you for the first time ever. You know we love a good long lunch, especially when Mike De Iuliis is involved!

Are you ready for a lunch with cheeky, charming and downright daggy Dad joker Mike alongside our fantastic new release wines?

As the first stop of three along the East Coast you’ll be the first in the country to explore our newest wines.

Chef John Leverink and The Boathouse team are known in the Canberra culinary scene for their sensational dining experience. The Boathouse, as a hatted restaurant, are using the best seasonal ingredients to create a bespoke five-course dining experience just for us.

There are limited tickets available and we would love to have you along for a great day of five-course dining, matched wines and a whole lot of laughter.

FIRST:

Charcoal tuna, wasabi apple, crème fraiche, avruga

2022 Garden Vineyard Semillon & 2017 Aged Release Semillon

SECOND:

Jerusalem artichoke tortellini, burnt onion, hazelnuts, Parmigiano-Reggiano

2022 Special Release Pecorino & 2021 Limited Release Chardonnay

THIRD:

Apple glaze pork belly, parsley puree, squash, fermented blueberry

2022 Special Release Tempranillo & 2022 Special Release  Pinot Noir

FOURTH:

Lamb rump, whipped tahini, roast cabbage, burnt onion
