Old School, New Cool: Hunter Valley Wine Dinner | Sydney
Take your seat at the table for an extraordinary wine experience at our Old School; New Cool Hunter Valley Wine dinner, celebrating four renown Hunter producers; Bimbadgen, Briar Ridge, De Iuliis, and Tulloch Wines who have built the Hunter’s reputation, and the exciting wines shaping its future.
Hosted in The Seidler Room of The International, the new world-class dining destination in Martin Place, we’ll shine a light on the innovation and tradition of Hunter Valley winemaking as we taste 16 wines; from classic Chardonnay and reserve Shiraz, to the new cool expressions; Fiano, Mourvèdre, Pecorino, Tempranillo, Vermentino and Verdelho, all matched to a four course menu.
In an exciting twist, you’ll blind-taste some of the wines as the producers battle it out for the people’s favourite, as voted by you! Hosted by Paul Diamond, Wine Educator and Publisher of Selector, and featuring special hosts from the wineries, it’s the perfect evening to rally your wine-loving friends for a night of discovery and indulgence.
