Old School, New Cool: Hunter Valley Wine Dinner | Brisbane
Join us at Italian fine dining institution OTTO Ristorante as we shine a light on the innovation and tradition of Hunter Valley winemaking through four iconic producers: David Hook Wines, De Iuliis, Bimbadgen, and Little Wine Company.
Take your seat at the table with special guests from the wineries as we taste 12 wines, ranging from classic Chardonnay and reserve Shiraz to new, cool expressions, including Mourvèdre, Pecorino, Tempranillo, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, and Vermentino, all paired with a four-course menu.
In an exciting twist, you’ll blind-taste some of the wines as the producers battle it out for the people’s favourite, as voted by you!
Hosted by Paul Diamond, Wine Educator and Publisher, Selector, for a wine experience that will redefine your view of Hunter Valley winemaking. So take your seat at one of Brisbane’s most celebrated riverside destinations for an evening of discovery and indulgence.
