Only opening in the evening once a month, this is a chance to enjoy a Michelin-starred experience in one of the most unexpected locations. Connecting food lovers with the people who lovingly tend to the produce used in the restaurant. It may be a winemaker, a grower or a supplier that will feature in the menu of the evening.
This month, we will feature the wines from De Iuliis, a family business that has been making wine for four generations and whose story began with horseback journeys in the mountains of Abruzzi in Italy.
Mike De Iuliis is highly respected in the wine industry for his commitment to producing exceptional wines. He is known for crafting classic Hunter varieties such as Semillon and Shiraz and pioneering alternative varieties such as Pecorino, Touriga, and Montepulciano.
Our guest hosts will bring the cellar door experience to the table, where you will enjoy amazing wines, learn more about the history and wine making, and enjoy a four-course menu curated to perfectly complement the wines.
