Our Single Vineyard Lunches offer a captivating journey through our vineyards, from vine to glass. Savour a curated menu, each course paired with a wine that reflects the unique characteristics of its origin.

We’ve locked in Wollongong’s favourite dining hotspot Babyface Kitchen as our partner for this incredible event. Babyface Kitchen’s menus are based on what’s best and available at the time and in season. They rely heavily on having great relationships with their suppliers, placing trust in them to source the best produce that coincides with their ethos on the importance of providence, sustainability and integrity in growing and farming techniques. They focus on utilising small-batch producers, farms and sustainable meat and seafood products from around Australia

Bone in sirlion, thyme + eschalot sauce

Charcoal Bannockburn chicken, saltbush sambal + Meyer lemon
