1 kg lamb shoulder – diced
400ml tinned chopped tomatoes
1 x brown onion – diced
400g pumpkin/squash – diced into 1cm pieces
1 tbsp tomato paste
200ml chicken or vegetable stock
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cumin
125ml Special Release Cabernet
