The Story
It’s no secret that we love making (and drinking!) rosé. Cool fermentation preserves the delicate aromatics. Every year our rosé tops the award show circuit and is enjoyed thoroughly by our members.
The Wine
Our rosé is a unique blend of shiraz and merlot. This fruit-driven, refreshing style has vibrant strawberries & cream characteristics. The palate is light, crisp and clean with a bone-dry finish.
The Vintage
Excellent growing condition in 2022 led to healthy vines and good yields. Minimal intervention in the winery allows the fruit to shine.
The Potential
Perfect for enjoying early. Always best served chilled with family and friends!
The Match
We went straight to our winemaker Conor for his perfect pairing on this 2022 Estate Rosé, and matching with an aromatic seafood laksa had us salivating!
