Notes
I’ve had a trip back to my Italian heritage by having a crack at making one of Italy’s most versatile grape varieties, Sangiovese. Fresh and vibrant red fruits dominate the aroma. The palate is character-ised by the hallmark savoury tannin structure and crisp acidity. This wine is exceptional drinking in its youth, but it will be interesting lo see how this wine progresses with a few years of bottle age.
