Notes
After a long fascination with this northern Italian varietal, we have decided to have on attempt at making this classic Italian with our Australian spin. Aromatically this wine has the traditional characters of rose petal, with earth and tar, but there is o fabulous lift of dried herbs with a hint of truffles. The palate is long and has the hallmark Nebbiolo tannins on the finish. This wine was made to be drunk with food, so pass the pasta and get stuck in!
